HOW BEST TO USE Brush some on lamb, chicken or any meat before cooking. Toss with chopped tomatoes, add a little salt and serve as a salad or to top bruschettas. Rub some on a pizza crust or tortilla, top with mozzarella cheese or crumbled feta cheese and bake at 425 F until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp. Serve hot.
