At Hongar Farms, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and efficient service. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and will be displayed during checkout.

Local Pickup

Enjoy free local pickup at our Tucker, GA warehouse! Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 1-2 business days. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Please bring your order confirmation email for verification.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States using standard shipping methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted due to state or local regulations. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.

Damages and Shipping Claims

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged goods for your claim.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with tags intact.
  • Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email us at info@hongarfarms.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food items, plants, etc.)
  • Custom products (personalized orders, special requests)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
