Love the consistency of this avocado oil compared to some of the recommended ones like Chosen Food Avocado oil we use to get from Costco. The color of the avocado oil we used to get from Costco would sometimes be murky (even when it is stored in a dry, dark place). Also, when using this avocado oil in cooking, it doesn't thicken up. Glad we got this as a gift to introduce us to this brand!
