Baby Lettuce Salad
2 Tablespoons Hongar Farm’s Olive Oil Siciliano
4 Tablespoons Hongar Farm’s Herbal Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Chicken or Lamb Stock
1 Dash Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chopped Chives
4 Cups Baby lettuce leaves

Stir together oil, vinegar, and chicken stock in a small bowl. Add pepper and chives as
close to serving time as possible. Toss with baby lettuce and serve.

Tossed Fruit Salad
4 C. torn iceberg lettuce
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 C. sliced strawberries
½ C. raisins
1 C. sliced peaches
1/3 C. sunflower kernels, toasted
1 banana, sliced

HONGAR FARMS Oliveoil-Italiano HONGAR FARMS Spring Herb Vinegar
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Serve with Olive Oil and lemon vinegar. Serves 6.
